It was hot and humid with enough of a breeze to make it bearable.  The breeze also moved the sand a bit so we were covered with a thin sheen of sand by the time we left the island.

There were no crawls today.  Bill replaced the crab trap and flag at MM6.  He removed 2 large crabs from the trap at the new nest #12 and replaced it.  Nest #11 also had a large crab hole so he put a trap there also. We found 2 egg shells on the surface. I found one egg shell under the pile the ghost crab had left behind. The other pieces were on top of the surface.

Bill removed some debris from the road.

We found 11 balloons.  A new record for us.  I thought people had learned about the hazard of balloons!

And in the end there is always beauty!
